I've tried multiple times at this point with removing the map data and conducting the download. Reopening the app shows that New Mexico is still not downloaded as a local copy. The app will show the map data as downloaded then the app suddenly quits. Multiple attempts to download state maps (New Mexico in this case) prove to be impossible. App has a nice interface, but other than good looks, this version is a buggy mess.
